The Best and Most Quickest Way To Prepare Kava

First I'd like to start off by saying, good kava is hard to come by especially these days after the recent hurricane, but just remember that there is bula's kava house which is one of the best kava vendors. Anyways, let's get started on creating kava the easy and best way. The below is to say the kava you have is already ground and is a fine ground...

1. For 3 minutes ground the kava powder in a herb grinder bowl

2. Pour the remainder of the powder in a cup and fill with water, about 8 oz

3. Stir well for 30 seconds and then pour it into a new cup using a kitchen strainer

4. Then pour back the kava into the original cup and you're done

This will make full sufficient use of any ones kava.
